Eligibility

Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. Open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Rhode Island) and Puerto Rico. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian in order to enter the sweepstakes. Children under 13 are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes.

Employees of Milly LLC (“Milly”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, and their respective directors, officers, related companies, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and their families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter.

How to Enter

Persons who make a single grand total purchase of $350 or more per visit to the Milly® store located at 900 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10021 or on-line at www.millyny.com will receive a Milly key chain, while supplies last. The grand total of the eligible purchase must be equal to or greater than $350, exclusive of any taxes, shipping fees and the purchase of pre-order merchandise that is unavailable to ship prior to December 21, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. If the eligible purchase includes discount merchandise, the purchase must be greater than $350 after the discount is applied. For those qualifying orders placed on-line, the Milly key chain will be sent to the shipping address associated with the order. Each key chain contains a unique sweepstakes entry number. Alternatively, persons may receive a unique sweepstakes entry number by submitting a postcard via U.S. mail with his or her email address and mailing address and a request for an entry number, addressed to the following:

Sweepstakes starts on December 3, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time. All eligible purchases must be made in-store at the Milly® store located at 900 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10021 by December 24, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and on-line by December 21, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. All postcard requests for a sweepstakes entry number must be received by December 21, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

In order to complete entry in the Milly Holiday Sweepstakes, persons must submit a unique entry number on Milly’s sweepstakes web page, accessed through www.millyny.com, along with required information. Persons may submit an entry number at any time from December 25, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. through December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.

LIMIT: All entries must contain a valid e-mail address and birth month/year. Winner must provide a valid order number that is associated with the winning Sweepstakes entry. The merchandise that qualifies a Sweepstakes entry may not be returned. All entries submitted become the sole property of Milly and none will be returned. No mechanically reproduced, or photocopied entries allowed. Milly is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage-due or misdirected entries.

By entering, sweepstakes participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these official sweepstakes rules.

Prizes

The prize will consist of a $5000 credit to be redeemable at the Milly® store located at 900 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10021 or on-line at www.millyny.com. Any federal, state, local and provincial taxes due on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of prize for other prize, cash or credit is permitted except by Milly in its sole and absolute discretion, in the event of prize unavailability or otherwise, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize won by a minor will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian.

Winners

Upon entry of the unique sweepstakes number, the winner will be immediately notified by email. Only the winner will be notified. The odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of Milly are final and binding. The prize will be redeemable at the Milly® store located at 900 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10021 during store hours or on-line at www.millyny.com from January 1, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. to December 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m.

The winners (or winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where lawful, a publicity release, all within 10 days of receiving such documents from Milly. Noncompliance within this time period, failure to accept the prize within the time period stated above, or return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at Milly’s sole discretion.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information and statements for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in perpetuity and worldwide, in any and all media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The name of the winner or a copy of the Official Rules can be obtained by sending a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope (residents of Vermont and Puerto Rico may omit return postage) postmarked before December 22, 2012 to:

Milly and all its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies and their respective directors, officers, related companies and employees are not responsible or liable for (i) telephone, computer, technical, network, electronic, hardware, or software failures of any kind, (ii) stolen, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, or garbled e-mail, (iii) lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail, or (iv) or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this sweepstakes.

Milly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the sweepstakes at any time if technical problems corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes, or for any other reason. In such event, Milly may select a winner in a random drawing from among all entries received for the sweepstakes prior to the suspension or cancellation.
