How can I place an order on the phone?

Just give one of our customer service representatives a call at 877-MIL-LYNY and they will take care of you.

Can I email customer service?

Yes- if you are looking for a specific item or size please contact Kerry at customerservice@millyny.com. For all other inquiries please contact our general customer service at millyny@qualitycustomercare.com

What if my size is not available or I am looking for a Milly item that is not for sale on the millyny.com website?

Please email our product specialist Kerry at customerservice@millyny.com and she will try and track it down for you through one of our retailers.

What is a pre order?

Some of the items from our runway show are available for purchase in advance of the actual product being delivered to our warehouse. This is a great way to buy key items for the upcoming season. Simply order online and the product will be reserved for you when it arrives. Your credit card will not be charged until it is shipped to you.

How is the dressing room different from the shopping cart?

Think of the dressing room as a place for you to "try things on" with out any obligation to purchase. Use it as a personal registry or a way to share style tips and inspiration with friends. You can easily add items from your dressing room to the shopping cart if you are ready to make the purchase, or you can save them in the dressing room and we will notify you if they go on sale.

What is the return and exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items for return or exchange must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way. Additionally, all of the tags must still be attached and the items must be shipped back to us with the original invoice. For a full refund, returns MUST be postmarked within 30 days of your original delivery date. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. Also, Please note: Swimwear must have the sanitary lining still intact and the original packaging to be accepted. For a full refund, SALE ITEMS must be postmarked and returned within 14 days of your original delivery date. ALL ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. There is a $6.00 fee on all returns received, regardless of whether or not our Milly return label is used.

No returns will be accepted at the Milly corporate office. Customers who send returns to the corporate office will be charged a shipping surcharge of $20.

What are my shipping options?

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES We ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii , Alaska and other U.S. territories. All orders must be placed by 11 AM EST for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will be shipped the following business day. Overnight shipping cannot be guaranteed for orders placed over the weekend.
Ground service will arrive within 1-5 business days for addresses in the continental 48 states.
2 Day Air mail will arrive within 2 business days by the end of the day for most U.S. addresses.
Overnight mail will arrive next day by 3 pm to most US addresses.

* Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Second-day and next-day shipping are not available for Saturday deliveries. Shipping is not available to post office boxes.
* Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be sent via ground and must be limited to UPS Air services.
