I wanted to create a spirited and versatile collection of shoes that embodies the fun of the spring season. Inspired by my own sporty, yet sexy, spring RTW collection, I used neon colors and classic Milly prints in a variety of styles, meaning there is a shoe for every woman and every occasion. I am always in need of some playful shoes to kick off spring so I designed the collection with that in mind!

I love the Rowan! It's a new style this season - it's sexy and fun - perfect for the stylish woman who also likes to be comfortable. The on-trend ankle strap and unique transparent heels elevate every outfit. I can't wait to wear this shoe - know it is going to be a hit.

I can imagine pairing Milly for Sperry shoes with any Milly outfit. For example, the Rowan is a universal go-to for all Milly dresses and the classic-with-a-twist Milly for Sperry boat shoe complements a more casual look, such as a pair of Milly shorts with an oversized knit sweater.

We had a blast figuring out which Milly prints would look best with a pair of Sperry shoes. It's really fun and educational to work with someone creative whose specialty is in an area that differs from your own. I am not as familiar with designing shoes so I really enjoyed learning about her creative process.

I hope so! It is definitely on my bucket list to create my own collection of shoes some day.
