Y. E. S. (Young Executives for Success) celebrated 15 years of Dress for Success at the Milly NYC Flagship boutique. Guests were able to browse Michelle Smith's 15 curated spring looks, and 15% of the proceeds were donated to Dress for Success Worldwide. The organization provides underprivileged young women with the tools for success, including professional attire.
