If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items for return must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way. Additionally, all of the tags must still be attached and the items must be shipped back to us with the original invoice. For a full refund, returns MUST be postmarked within 30 days of your original delivery date. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. Also, Please note: Swimwear must have the sanitary lining still intact and the original packaging to be accepted.
For a full refund, SALE ITEMS must be postmarked and returned within 14 days of your original delivery date. ALL ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED. Customers sending returns via a pre-paid shipping label provided by millyny.com or not will be charged $6 for return shipping.
No returns will be accepted at the Milly corporate office. Customers who send returns to the corporate office will be charged a shipping surcharge of $20.

We ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii , Alaska and other U.S. territories. All orders must be placed by 1 PM EST for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Overnight shipping cannot be guaranteed for orders placed over the weekend.
* Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Second-day and next-day shipping are not available for Saturday deliveries. Shipping is not available to post office boxes.
* Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be sent via ground and must be limited to UPS Air services.

Millyny.com currently only charge sales tax for items being delivered to New York State and Massachusetts.
Pre- orders will ship when they arrive in our warehouse. The expected shipping date is noted on the product description page. We do our best to predict these dates accurately but they may vary by a few days from time to time. Note: Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.
